    Zefyron is committed to adhere to the Privacy choices of every User(s). Our Platform shall provide an option to deny how we, our Affiliates, and other third parties use cookies.   • “DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS”
    Zefyron does not provide the option for “Do not track” Signals and awaits any Uniform law and/ or any guidelines from the Legal fraternity, to determine when such an option is appropriate and what form it should take. However, our User(s) may opt for a Browser that allows automatic transmitting of a DNT Signal. Zefyron shall make alterations and changes if needed at any time.
  • GOOGLE USER DATA AND GMAIL INTEGRATION
    Gmail Integration
    Zefyron GmbH provides a Gmail integration within the Zefyron admin portal for authorized members of its internal team who manage communications with leads. When an authorized team member connects a designated Gmail account, Zefyron may access Gmail data required to provide the integration, including email messages and associated information such as sender, recipient, subject, timestamps, and other relevant message metadata.

    Use of Gmail Data
    Gmail data is used solely to support lead communication and management within the Zefyron admin portal. This includes:
    • Synchronizing incoming emails from connected Gmail accounts.
    • Displaying email conversations associated with leads.
    • Maintaining lead communication and activity history within Zefyron.
    • Allowing authorized team members to send emails to leads through the connected Gmail account.
    Zefyron does not use Gmail data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

    Access to Gmail Data
    Access to Gmail data is restricted to authorized Zefyron personnel and systems that require such access for lead management and business communication activities. Gmail data is not made publicly available.

    Data Security
    Zefyron implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Gmail data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. OAuth credentials and tokens used to connect Gmail accounts are protected using appropriate security controls, and access to Gmail-derived data is restricted based on authorization and access controls. Data transmitted between users and Zefyron is protected using encrypted connections.

    Data Retention and Deletion
    Gmail data synchronized to Zefyron is retained only for as long as necessary to provide lead communication and activity-management functionality or as otherwise required for legitimate business or legal purposes. When a connected Gmail account is disconnected, Zefyron stops accessing the Gmail account and removes the associated OAuth credentials and tokens from its systems. Gmail data already synchronized to Zefyron is handled according to Zefyron's applicable data-retention and deletion policies. Authorized users may contact Zefyron to request deletion of applicable Gmail-derived data, subject to applicable legal and business retention requirements.

    Third-Party Sharing
    Zefyron does not sell Gmail data or use it for advertising. Gmail data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of Zefyron's services.
